The 4th Chili & Seasoning Trade Exhibition 2026 opened today at the China Railway World Expo City in Huangdao District, Qingdao. The opening ceremony was attended by representatives from producing-region governments, experts from the National Technical System for Specialty Vegetables, guests from partner associations, and practitioners from across the entire industrial chain.
Co-hosted by the National Technical System for Specialty Vegetables, the Chili Industry Professional Committee of the China Association of Agricultural Leading Enterprises, the Shandong Chili Association, the Qingdao Chili Industry Chamber of Commerce, and Wuhan Liangzhilong, this year's exhibition is themed "Forging New Industrial Forces, Creating a Spicy New Future." The event is organized into four functional zones, covering a display area of 50,000 square meters and featuring over 1,000 on-site exhibitors. It has attracted numerous leading domestic and international chili-industry heavyweights, chili-processing machinery manufacturers, and chili growers. The expo is recognized as one of the largest, highest-level, and most influential full-chain professional exhibitions in China's chili and seasoning industry.
